Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all giveaways, sweepstakes, and promotions (“Promotion”) conducted by The Innerloop Blog (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By entering any Promotion, you agree to these Terms.

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Void where prohibited by law

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Innerloop Blog are not eligible to win

3. Entry Period

Each Promotion will specify its own start and end date/time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by submitting the required information through the official entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities or methods may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prizes

  • Prize details will be specified in the Promotion

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions will be made unless at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant The Innerloop Blog the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity

  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Innerloop Blog and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of:

  • Participation in the Promotion

  • Acceptance or use of any prize

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located within New York State.
