Judge Acquits Robbery Suspect After Finding Out They Got Snow In Their Shoe and Had Wet Sock All Day

ROCHESTER, NY – Not guilty? A robbery suspect, who definitely did rob several local businesses was released from jail and set free after a Judge overseeing their case found out that earlier that day, the would-be criminal got snow in their shoe and had to walk around with a wet sock the entire day.

“That will drive anybody to do crazy things,” said Judge Joody. “Rochester can sleep safely knowing this person has suffered enough walking around for nearly 10 hours with a wet sock.”

New York State officials told The Inner Loop Blog that they will be looking into disbarring Judge Joody after finding out that last year, he also acquitted a murder suspect after finding out they did not have a wireless car starter and had to walk out to their car to heat it up in the morning.
